How do a purchase a painting?

Go to the contact page and send a request with the name of the painting.

Are the paintings framed?

A.

The paintings are not framed. Usually you can have them framed at a specialized location such as art galleries or art stores.

How long before I receive my purchase?

If the delivery is in the Ottawa – Montreal area it’s a few days, otherwise the paintings are sent by Canada post by express service. (Fees may apply)

Online Purchase Return Policy

We accept returns for exchange or credit only within 48 hours of receipt.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for another piece of art can be arranged.  Contact us immediately at by email.

Artwork returned for exchange must be packaged in the same container as it was shipped.

All artwork returned for exchange must be received undamaged.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of purchaser.

Commissioned and Special Order Items

All artwork commissioned by you and special order items are final sale.

Damages

Notify us immediately upon receipt of any damaged or defective artwork by email.

We are not responsible for damages that occur during transit with the shipping companies, however we will ensure that the situation is resolved efficiently and effectively.
